Alin Dorneanu has a keen interest in treating chronic pain.
He brings a wealth of knowledge and a holistic approach to his practice. During the last 10 years as a Physiotherapist, Alin has gathered extensive experience working in multiple settings (such as NHS hospitals and private practices). This has including in specialities such as respiratory rehab, neuro rehab, orthopaedic rehab, elderly and musculoskeletal conditions.
Over the years, Alin has continued to add to his training, obtaining international post-graduate qualifications in Proprioception Deep Tendon Reflex (P-DTR), Muligan therapy and a Masters Degree in Sport trauma. All of this has helped him to find the root cause of the patient’s pain and treat numerous acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
Alin is passionate about working with patients to enable them to regain full strength, providing them with effective treatment and tailored exercises and rehabilitation programmes to achieve this.
As a former semi-professional basketball player, Alin’s hobbies and interests include team sports in general.
Alin is registered with The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a member of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
